Craft/Food Vendor Information Page
We are currently looking for food and craft vendors for Newburg Day. We are also looking for old time demonstrators.
OLD TIME DEMONSTRATORS HAVE FREE BOOTH SPACE *if* no sales are being conducted. If a old time demonstrator needs electricity, the fee is $5.
*WE ARE NOW ALLOWING VENDORS TO SET UP AND SELL ON FRIDAY!!* If you'd like to set up on Friday, you MUST be selling on Saturday as well. We are not responsible for any booths left unattended overnight.

SETUP FRIDAY: 4 pm - 6 p.m. Event Hours : 6 pm - 11 pm
SETUP SATURDAY: 6 a.m. – 9 a.m. Event Hours 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. (No early tear downs please.)
EXHIBIT FEE: The fee per booth space is $20. Electric is limited and available at $25 per booth, please indicate need for electricity on the form below. Food vendor fee is $30 per booth space and comes with electricity. If you wish more than one space, please indicate on this application form.
For Vendors participating Friday and Saturday $40 without Electric or $50 with Electric
EXHIBITOR TO PROVIDE EQUIPMENT: It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to provide any and all necessary equipment for your booth (i.e. tables, chairs, extension cords, etc.)
SALES TAX: Any sales tax due is the responsibility of the vendor.
DEADLINE: Entry deadline is Friday, June 9, 2016 for craft/demonstrator vendors.
Entry deadline is Wednesday, June 1, 2016 for food vendors.
